He has represented clients across multiple jurisdictions, including China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines and Singapore.
 

His work covers the full life cycle of a construction enterprise - from tenders and project execution to employment, immigration and corporate governance for listed companies. This intimate knowledge allows him to orchestrate the many moving parts of a complex build while ensuring each element is executed with precision.

Bringing a vision to life

One notable brief for Len Sheng involved advising the main contractor of a state-of-the-art project in Singapore over five years. The assignment was as multifaceted as the structure itself - encompassing claims to owners, disputes with sub-contractors and suppliers, financial documentation, cross-border liquidation, and the sale & purchase of specialised equipment. At every juncture, he always sought solutions that best served his client’s long-term interests. In many ways, he was building alongside the client - helping to turn architectural ambition into reality.

Building towards a better society

Beyond the office, Len Sheng applies his skills as a volunteer for ProBono SG, representing those who cannot afford legal counsel. Here, too, he is building - wielding the law to strengthen the foundations for fairness, dignity and opportunity. And every case he takes on is another brick laid in support of a more just society.
