- Funds
Our Funds Practice team handles work relating to all types of funds including private equity, straight funds, hedge funds and some funds with unusual alternative strategies. We have advised on side gates, limits on redemptions etc. We also handle applications for fund management licenses. We advise Fund Managers on day to day matters including drafting private placement memorandum, creating offshore fund structures, working with the prime brokers custodians and administrators and when MAS appointed auditors make their inspection findings.
