Hong Yee was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple) in 2004. Hong Yee was also called to the Malaysian Bar in 2005 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2012. Hong Yee advises on a broad range of corporate matters with his main area of practice in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate and compliance work (including compliance matters arising from SGX-ST Listing Manual). He has been actively involved in international and domestic corporate finance practice including public listing of equities, dual listing on different stock exchanges, issuance of Taiwan Depository Receipt, rights issue, issuance of debt instruments etc. Apart from corporate commercial transactions, Hong Yee also deals with domestic and international clients on
