Since graduating with a law degree from the University of Bristol in 2004, Brandon started his career in private equities advising on transactions and investments for the fund he was working for. He then put his private equity experience to good use as the in-house legal counsel of a company listed on the Mainboard of the Stock Exchange of Singapore. Since joining the corporate department of our firm, Brandon has continued to draw from his experience and has been involved in a broad spectrum of work in the following areas:

• Initial public offering of companies to the Mainboard of SGX-ST;
• Advising on compliance matters relating to, inter alia, the rules of the SGX-ST, Securities and Futures Act and the Companies Act; and
• Advising companies on a range of corporate transactions such as capital reduction, trading arrangements, services, leases, sale and purchase of assets, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures et cetera.
